-All In Stock Orders are usually shipped via ground within 24 to 48 hours.
-All Orders placed on weekends are usually shipped out on the following Monday or Tuesday.
-Orders are not shipped on National Holidays.
-We are sorry but we do not ship orders outside the US.

We offer free ground shipping on all qualified orders over $25.

 

Refund/Damage Policies:
If you discover a problem after you’ve accepted delivery, please email us at sales@nectarsamples.com. Merchandise damaged during shipping or that arrives damaged must be reported within 48 hours or receipt. We have the right to reclaim damaged goods. Discarding products or packing materials will void your right to replacement. You should retain all packing material until you’re completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.

 

Returns
We regret that we can not refund any monies for items that have been opened.  All items received in original unopened and perfect condition containers that are not at least six months from expiration date will be accepted for return and refunded for the product only once received by our store.
